I've already recieved flak about Snake Eyes not making the list. Here's the reason: Only Snake Eyes OR Storm Shadow could make the list because the only difference between the two of them is that one happens to be Joe and the other Cobra. Neither are good nor bad and they're both Ninjas...so it came down to which I think was a better ninja. It also wouldn't be fair because noone else on the list would get considered. It'd just come down to Snake Eyes or Storm Shadow.
